During the two-day meeting held at BMW’s Forschungs- und Innovationszentrum (FIZ) on 12-13 July 2023, the Hi-Drive project partners from SP5 ‘Operations‘ delved into a review of the progress they have made thus far. Alongside assessing their current status, the participants also dedicated time to discussing two other significant aspects. One of the focal points revolved around the crucial task of supplying data to the Hi-Drive database, which serves as a vital resource for the project’s development and research. Additionally, plans were outlined for upcoming road shows, where the project’s advancements and innovations would be showcased to a wider audience.

To conclude the gathering, the attendees were treated to some thrilling demo drives. These drives featured the BMW demonstrator vehicle and took place on the Autobahn, providing a real-world testing environment to assess the capabilities and performance of the Hi-Drive technology. This hands-on experience allowed the participants to witness firsthand the progress achieved by the project, reaffirming their commitment to crafting the future of automotive technology.
